SHIPMENT
Shipment Coverage
The products bought from this website will be delivered in mainland United Kingdom and Belgium only. The following restrictions will apply for UK deliveries:
- No deliveries will be made to Channel Isles, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland or Eire.
- No delivery will be made to PO Boxes or overseas addresses, including the Republic of Ireland.
- Deliveries will be not be made on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders received on a Friday will be processed on Monday.
All transactions for delivery in UK will be carried out in GBP.
All transactions for delivery in Belgium will be carried out in Euros.
Shipment Terms
Two shipment options are available for your selection:
GOLD Shipment
UK & Belgium Delivery: For such shipment, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and 5-6 business days for delivery. As a celebration of the New Year, for a limited period, this shipment option is made FREE OF CHARGE irrespective of number of items or order value.
PLATINUM Shipment
UK Delivery: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and 1 business day for delivery. This option will attract a charge of GBP 7 per item.
Belgium Delivery: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and 2 business days for delivery. This option will attract a charge of EURO 8 per item.
On delivery of your order, please be informed that the courier services may require someone to sign as an acknowledgement of delivery. All products must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery. If there is no one to receive the delivery of the products, a message will be left by the courier company to advise that a delivery has been attempted with details of how to arrange a re-delivery or get it collected from a local depot if you prefer.

RETURNS
Order Cancellation
Once ordered, a shipment may not be cancelled. You may however return it back without opening after the delivery. (Please see below for how to return product). The product price shall be refunded once the product reaches us.
Return Policy
Carlton products conform to the highest quality standards. But in case you are not happy with the product, you may return the unused product within 28 days from the date of delivery. The returned items must conform the following conditions, failing which the product will not be accepted back:
- It must be unused and in its original packaging
- All hangtags, locks, labels, use instructions, guarantee leaflet and other tags and wrappings should be present in proper condition.
- The product must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery receipt.
Return Instructions
- Log on to your account on www.carltontravelgoods.com.
- Click on the Return Request tab under the User Profile button. This will show all the purchases eligible for return (purchased in the last 28 days).
- You may choose the order or quantity you want to return. Please do not forget enter the reasons for returning the product.
- Once this is submitted, you will receive a mail from our side with a Return number and instructions on how to proceed further.
- Pack the item to be returned properly and conforming to the conditions mentioned herein taking care to prevent damage during transit.
- The returned items must conform to the following conditions, failing which the product will not be accepted back:
a. It must be unused and in its original packaging
b. All hangtags, locks, labels, use instructions, guarantee leaflet and other tags and wrappings should be present in proper condition.
c. The product must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery receipt.
- Please paste a copy of the return mail and tape it on your return package. This return mail will comprise required data like the return number, your name; your address and the return address; your phone number; item number and/or description of item being returned and the reasons for the return.
- Send the package to the address given in the mail. The return dispatch will be at your own expense.
- Provided you have conformed to all return requirements, we will process your refund within 30 days of product received. In the event you have not conformed to all return requirements, we will advise you by e-mail why we cannot approve your return.
- The products purchased online shall not be refunded nor returned by our stores or dealers.
Defective or Damaged shipment or Wrong item shipped
Upon delivery, you must check whether your shipment is correct. In case of any discrepancies or problems with your order, you shall write the nature of the discrepancy or the problem on the delivery note and sign it. You shall give us a written notification of the problem within 24 hours of the delivery by e-mail to admin@carltontravelgoods.com and follow the procedure described under "Return Instructions".
For faulty goods or goods being returned due to our error we will refund any cost incurred in returning the item also. Subject to availability, we will send you a new shipping notification e-mail and we will automatically ship to you at our own costs the correct replacement product.
Carlton may make changes to the terms or introduce additional terms from time to time. You understand and agree that if you use the Services after the date on which the terms or additional terms have changed, Carlton will treat your use as acceptance of the updated terms or additional terms.
